CeraVe Hydrating Face Wash

I use this in the morning because it’s gentle and I don’t need to wet my face before using it. I hate that feeling of tight, dry skin after I wash my face, and this doesn’t do that. Also, you don’t need to wet your first before you use it, which makes it easier to use when I’m half asleep in the morning than a traditional foaming face wash.

Eminence Organic Skin Care Rosehip Triple C+e Firming Oil

This is pricey, but it basically feels like liquid gold on my skin. When I use this, I imagine this is what cleopatra must have felt like, rubbing luxury all over her face. I feel like a queen every time I use it and the smell is to die for. Everything this brand make is natural and high-quality. Love it.

Living Libations Dew Dab

When I first got this, I didn’t know how to use it. Now, I use it for everything; Scars, acne, fine lines, blemishes. It seems to calm and heal my skin and take down inflammation. If you don’t know this company, they are a great all-natural company that are relatively affordable (in comparison to some of the other stuff I’ve seen out there) so if you’re thinking about changing out your traditional products for organic ones, this is a great place to start. (PS. Sometimes their products are cheaper on their website, but they don’t offer free shipping).

ESSENTIAL OILS AURA CACIA - Chill Pill

Scents are a very personal thing, so you may want to head to a store in person to sniff before you buy. I was introduced to this by a yoga teacher during a class, and afterwards everyone was asking her for the scent as we were all memorized. I often use this in place of perfume and get asked what it is all the time

Weleda Skin Food, Ultra Rich hand Cream

I discovered this when I was living in New York and the cold winters made my knuckles crack. I continue to use this now as I live in the desert, and the dry heat makes my skin crack. It’s thick and rich and I usually use it before bed or after washing dishes.

Heritage Store Rose Petals Rosewater
Facial Toner & Moisturizer

I love using face mists to hydrate and freshen myself up in between appointments, or when I need a pick me up in the afternoon. This water smells so good, but it’s light and not overpowering. I pour this into a spray bottle and add essential oils to it to make it even more moisturizing.

Schmidt's Deodorant Stick, Lavender + Sage

Why go with chemicals when something natural get’s the job done? Lots of traditional deodorants are toxic or contain unnecessary chemicals that block pores and seep into your skin. This natural lavender deodorant smells great and keeps me fresh and dry all day. Sometimes it can leave a white streak when you apply it. I just use my fingers to rub it in. *Note: Not suitable for use if you are allergic to baking soda.

Clarisonic Mia Prima | Derm Recommended Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush for Makeup and Blackhead Removal

When I first heard about the Clarisonic, I honestly thought it seemed silly and overhyped. But my friend let me use hers for a few days when I was staying over for a week, and I loved the way it felt and noticed a real difference. Now I understand that exfoliation is an essential part of a skincare routine, and I love being able to give myself a gentle scrub every night.

NEOVA DNA Damage Control Silc Sheer SPF 40

The best face sunscreen I have ever used, hands down. I’ve tried probably 10 different brands, and this one is worth the price. It leaves a very light tint that makes my skin look smooth and it’s so sheer, you don’t notice it’s on. For what it’s worth, this was recommended to me by a friend who is a plastic surgeon, so….

Organic Sesame body oil- Youthing Strategies

I first discovered this oil at a holistic health center in California that supplied only the finest quality products, and I continue to use it 10+ years later. It’s made by a small company and it’s cold pressed and organic. After I shower, while my skin is still wet (I don’t really bother toweling off) I run this luxurious oil all over my body and try not to touch anything for a few minutes while I brush my teeth and do other stuff around the bathroom. Eventually I wrap myself in a towel and air dry. People are always complementing me on my “nice skin” and I attribute it mostly to this. In Ayurvedic medicine they say sesame oil is anti-inflammatory, and nourishes muscles, bones and joints. I can’t be sure if all of that is true, but I do know that this is truly one of my favorites.

Softymo Super Point Eye Make Up Remover

I discovered this eye makeup remover when I was living in Tokyo, Japan. It’s a basic drugstore-type makeup remover, but often times, even the most basic Japanese products work really well! As someone who intentionally wears budge-proof black eyeliner, I hate makeup removers that require any type of pressure or rubbing with a cotton pad to remove my makeup. This is super gentle and never stings my eyes either. Just a small dab on a cotton pad will do.

Small batch Organics Bright Star Face & Lip Scrub

I love exfoliating my face and have tried dozens of scrubs over the years. I love that this is made from all natural ingredients, and the scrub, which is made from walnut shells, is just the right size- not too course and not too fine, either. The best part is it leaves a very subtle, cool peppermint feeling on my skin which feels so refreshing every time. Perfect for in the shower!
