The panacea for insecurity

In today's Sanctuary Series video, I share a practice that can be helpful for anyone who wants to know how to BE (and what to do) when feeling insecure.

When we feel insecure, we tend to either, as Brene Brown puts it, shrink or puff up. The practice I speak on today asks you to become more aware of your own subtle energy and familiarize yourself with your sacred ground, a space between these two worlds where only sovereignty exists.

This type of self awareness can help you develop a muscle memory for what authenticity feels like, so you can come back to it with ease and confidence over time.

Through this practice I have developed a very refined awareness of how I show up in situations, and how to reclaim my energy and authenticity in areas where, in the past, I may have unconsciously fallen back asleep due to discomfort.

Remember, freedom is when the external no longer gets to dictate your internal world but rather your internal world creates and dictates the external. As within, so without.

This is the liberation I believe we are all capable and deserving of, and what I want for all of humanity, because it's closer to the truth of who we are.
