Here’s the process:

Week One: YOUR primary purpose in life

“Love is a state of being. Your love is not outside you, it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form”. - Eckhart Tolle

  • Module one is all about experiencing your true purpose in the non-physical. Learn the difference between your primary and secondary purpose (hint, it has nothing to do with your job, your achievements, or your contributions to the world). Understanding this will free you from looking for happiness, value and worthiness in external things (which is a huge source of confusion and suffering for many)

  • Learn how to easily access the present moment as a way to prioritize BEING and JOY over doing. This is a helpful step in learning how to dissolve anxiety and overwhelm

  • Understand (and go beyond) the common pitfalls most people face when we try to let go of the mind and live from the present moment

  • Learn to utilize tips and mindset tools that will help you get out of your head and into your heart/body/the Now moment, which is the bedrock of experiencing inner-peace

Week TWO: the universe is always supporting you- Developing faith + trust

  • Module two is all about developing trust and faith in the universe, as well as an intimate relationship with reality, so that you can create a foundation of safety. This is an important spiritual attitude to develop, as it helps us transform our fear, skepticism, and need to control, to a more open, secure, and skillful approach to life

  • Learn about the power of humility and seeing our interconnectedness in all things. This perspective and wisdom allows us to move through the world with awe and appreciation

  • Understand common distortions and misconceptions about ‘positive thinking’ that keep people stuck or feeling skeptical

  • Exercises to help you see, experience, and know the magic and support in your everyday life

Week THREE: Transmute internal suffering into presence, compassion, and inner-peace

  • Module three will help you become more aware of the root cause of your suffering, and provide an antidote. We go DEEEP in week 3 as we discuss how to transcend thoughts, emotions, and situations that cause personal suffering. Learning these mental and emotional skills will show you how to show up powerfully and calmly in your everyday life (even when you're anxious, overwhelmed or in your head). These lessons will also ask you to develop a deeper relationship with yourSelf in a loving and profound way

  • Learn the difference between acceptance vs surrender like it’s never been discussed before. We’ll also discuss how they’re different, why they’re so important, and how to actually apply these skillful means into your life

  • Understand where we get tripped up when we try and practice these spiritual tenants, and why it may not be working for you

  • Practice a profound guided meditation that will help you feel open, expansive, and present

 

Week four: Choosing love over fear & living a spiritually aligned life everyday

  • In this module, we will learn to tell the difference between love and fear, your heart and ego, intuition and intrusive thoughts- so you can make clear decisions that feel in alignment with who you want to be, and who you really are, an unlimited source of universal love

  • We will unpack the true definition of love and fear (which has nothing to do with romantic love) as a final and important skill that will tie all of these lessons together to help you move through the world in a more clear and easeful way

  • Learn to utilize tips and mindset tools that will help you get out of your head and into the present moment, which is the birthplace of universal love and all good things

  1. When will the live round of AWAKENING run again?

    Eva runs her business from an intuitive place based on how her body feels. If she receives the call to run AWAKENING as a live course again in the future, she will.   2. How will the course content be delivered? What’s the best way to interact with this material?

    Upon signing up, you will receive instant access Teachable, where your course content will live. Each module will be released one week at a time.

    You will have the option to process this content on a computer or the Teachable app. Connect with this course in whatever way speaks to you most in the moment. Listen to activations while on a walk or in nature. Some people prefer to watch the content and take notes, as this helps them absorb everything to their liking. Let this work be play and enjoy it in whatever way feels best to you.

  3. How much time should I devote to this every week?

    Like in life, there is no one right way to do anything. How you interact with this course is entirely up what feels good to you. Check in and notice what you feel called and pulled to do. Then trust and listen to that.

    That being said, each of the weekly videos are roughly 60-90 minutes long. There are also weekly processes and practices (journaling, guided meditations etc) that can take as long as you’d like.

    But mostly, you will find that many of the assignments are consciousness + mindset experiments that you can (and will WANT to) implement into your life right away, as you go about your week, without needing to set aside extra time. Remember, it’s the application of these theories that will create change (not the analysis of them). The things you learn in this course will be the very things that help you meet the stress and emotions of being busy and stuck in scarcity mode (aka “I don’t have enough time.”)
